Called to make an appointment, person that answered the phone was very rude with an attitude.

I have had him out on several occasions and been very happy with the work and prices. Very high quality work.

Called for an estimate. Herbert came out the next day and quoted me a price 5x more than what I ended up paying for the repair. Technician wanted to tear out my cabinets and stated that they would probably need to be replaced because 'they're glued together and they won't come apart in one piece. Also wanted to tear up my linoleum floor to get access to the pipe under the slab. The break in the pipe was clearly visible from the outside of the house. If you get a quote from Tri Star, be sure you get a second opinion!

Had them out to clear drain. Happy with their work and price.
