Kelvin was extremely professional and courteous to our urgent needa! He has worked in our home before and we contacted him again for his expertise. We have a Rheem water heater. We needed a part ordered directly from Rheem and Kelvin took care of it by contacting the company and expedited the shipping! The part took 2 days to come in and Kelvin came to repair our water heater that same day! We are so relieved to have a repair man like Kelvin! We will definitely be referring our friends and family when in need of a fantastic and reputable plumber!

Todd is now my go to plumber. He's quick to respond and came when he said. He fixed a leak on my hose outlet, unclogged my washer drain and one of my sink drains. His prices are good and don't break the bank. On top of that he's a good guy who loves his family!! Call him.

When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.

I hired Don to do a remove and replace on my water heater. He showed up a few minutes early and knocked it out in about 90 minutes. Friendly and professional. They even broke down and cut up the box that the new water heater came in and put it in my recycling bin, and hauled the old one to the curb for me. Highly recommended. Don's my new go-to plumber!

We have done business with Tony on a couple of different occasions. We had called him nearly 4 yrs ago to help with a plumbing leak and recently needed more work done while renovating our kitchen.
Both times Tony was able to come within a day and the work was done within a couple days. He went out of his way late on a Friday afternoon to help us out working around other contractors we had in the home.
Very pleasant , respectful and very reasonable prices. I would without a doubt call him again should we have any other plumbing needs.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

Mr. Bertolino just spent an hour of his time talking to me and making me feel better about a bad experience I very recently had with another plumber. He answered his own phone offered expert advice and reassurance about the job that was done by someone else. He was extremely kind, very personable and clearly knows plumbing. I really wish I had called him to do the job. Rest assured he will be the one I call in the future. Expert plumber, nice guy, very honest and clearly cares about his work and his customers. I had a sink overflow and it left my toilet with a smell. I attempted to fix it myself. To no avail and frustration I called Roto-Rooter. They sent a young guy with unruly hair, he was late, and when he came in I asked him how long has he been a plumber. 1.5 years he said.So he goes in to a toilet already taken apart and said you just need a wax ring. So he goes to get one and returned an hour later. He attempts to place the toilet back on and the toilet is moving. I said that is not right it is not suppose to move. After a few attempts I asked him to leave because apparently he didn't know what to do.He insisted I pay 356.00 for the attempt and I said I will not pay anything you didn't fix anything. He then said well we will just put it on your credit and in to collections. I said go ahead. Leave my house. He kept saying you need to pay. I then said out of my house forcefully. I called Roto-Rooter and explained what happened and the supervisor. I explained to him the situation. Then the plumber is knocking at my door indicating I need to sign something.Very very unprofessional.I thanked the supervisor for calling me and I didn't pay for this terrible service. I then went to get a wax ring and new bolts, and installed the toilet myself. I am a 62 year old woman. Go figure

Had a main line back up they came out at 3 am when i called at 230 am and I live in Portsmouth and got it unclogged and suggested a 2 way clean out very professionl punctual and honest

Great service. I have yet to call them twice for the same problem. They are number 1 in my book.
