Randy Creekmore did a great job for us. He came in and removed the damaged toilet and waited for the repair work on the floor to be completed. When I called Atomic Plumbing for the reinstall they came promptly. Randy was very polite and professional. He accomplished his job quickly.

One of the most professional and prompt technicians of any kind my family has ever dealt with. Had some major plumbing work that had needed taken care of and Mr. Cecilia promptly responded, came out, and took on the issues without hesitation. Would recommend him and his business to anyone and everyone and will definitely have him back soon to help with other plumbing work, as he is an expert in his craft, be it a big or small job!

I used Z-line for replacement of storm door and they were fantastic. Tim was very friendly and helpful and tolerated my crazy dogs jumping on him. He’s clearly a dog lover… door looks great and they looked at a few other projects I need done. They can do most anything and they were fair and honest and didn’t recommend anything I didn’t need right now. Will be using again for sure! They also give military discount which is always appreciated!

I had a water hammer issue. Sean came out and drained the line for me. This has resolved my issue so far. Will use Sean for any future plumbing issues or service calls!

Raymond came to my house within an hour of me leaving a message with the call center on a Sunday morning!! I could not be more pleased with the response time and availability. I had a major clog that was causing sewage to come up the shower drain. He did an inspection of the plumbing in the crawlspace. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to unclog my drain b/c his equipment was too big to fit under my crawlspace to reach the drain cap. But he did give me a detailed explanation of what was done wrong in the plumbing that caused it to stop up. He didn't try to sell me her services. Instead he told me I needed to talk to the contractor who did it and have him redo it b/c it is not to code. So after all that, I fully expected him to charge me for the visit. After all, it's a Sunday morning and anyone who goes crawling into my small, crowded crawlspace deserves to be paid. But he charged me nothing. After dealing with so many crooked people in the construction industry, it's so nice to know that there are still honest, compassionate people out there. Thank you Raymond!! You will definitely be my go-to plumber should anymore problems arise.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency (water spraying everywhere from our shower). One call, and we were reassured that someone would be over to help us within the hour. Sure enough, a young man came straight away. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to communicate the issues, and possible solutions in terms that not only were understandable.. but also gave us comfort/confidence that everything was going to be ok. Well done!

I decided to upgrade my complete hvac system since my house was built in the 50s and used oil. I had them quote me for the installation of a new gas furnace and AC unit. I felt the price was fair and they gave me a deal since I was paying in full. They removed my old unit and installed the new system in about a day and their crew was polite and professional. Days later we realized the furnace seemed to be tilting heavily. One of their technicians came to check on it and said it was installed improperly so they had another team come out a few weeks later to fix it. The heat worked, the AC worked but ever since ive had the new unit in my house ive gotten little to NO air in my back 2 bedrooms. My house is small and this wasnt an issue with the previous system. Over the last 2 years ive had them come out a few times to try and diagnose the issue, in a nutshell ive had 3 different technicians tell me 3 different answers. Then they report it back to the shop to get an idea of solution / potential cost for me to pay (for potentially a bad install or issue on their end not installing a splitter?) and ive yet to get a real answer to solve the issue. I have a good friend who works for them as a technician and hes taken his own time coming over after work hours to try and find a solution, but yet when he reports it back to them nothing happens again and again. Its been at least 2 years.I paid in full, I have worse heat than my system from the 50s and it constantly runs since 2 of my bedrooms stay ice cold due to lack of air flow...then I get to pay the high gas bill due to a poorly operating unit. This is the first review Ive ever left anyone. If they finally fix the issue ill gladly update it. Otherwise id recommend not wasting your money. I wish I didnt.

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

This company installed a dishwasher that we bought from Costco. The service was ok except that he didn't take the time to level the dishwasher. So my husband spent a few hours last night doing it. If you use this company for dishwasher installation you need to check their work before they leave.
