I will offer one star for Big C because after 4 years his tankless installation still functions. He did cost me a substantial ONG rebate after he refused to complete paperwork that he promised. Might look elsewhere.

I have been using Half Moon for serveral years on my rental property in Tulsa(I live OKC) and they have always done excellant work and communicate with me about the problems they find and their solutions .

I called a few plumbers around Tulsa to help with a full reinstall of my existing plumbing as the individuals I had bought the house from installed everything incorrectly. Water heater began leaking on a weekend. Phoned several 24 hour plumbing companies after having to wait 5 hours for home warranty company to give permission. Answering service for all of them, however when I got return call, Torch’s owner Josh was speaking to me. He answered all my questions and told me how to turn off the water on the hot water tank, no other company gave me any suggestions. He also quoted the best price. Raúl and another plumber came to install my new tank the next Monday. Raúl was patient in talking with my home warranty company and gave them the information they requested, absurd as the questions were. Raúl answered all my questions, explained the upgrades needed and checked my turn off valve in my house. Overall from start to finish Torch was very professional and I highly recommend them.
