I've been battling sewage backup for weeks and have had multiple people out. Hudson Plumbing was great and gave it their best efforts, but needed the line hydro jetted. Matt came and got it all cleared and checked the entire line all the way to the city main with their camera. There was a big stoppage of paper and waste close to the city main. Woohoo!!!!! We are up and running again! Roto Rooter quoted me $3000 saying I needed a trackhoe and dig up 8 feet down to replace the line. We did not! If you need your line cleared, use Charlie's Rooter! Never call Roto rooter! Matt had it done in 30 minutes or less

These guys are very thorough and they really seem to want to get the job done correctly. They are very courteous, answered all my questions, and they left the job looking clean and neat. A very professional company. I depend on these guys to do things correctly at a reasonable cost and I have not been disappointed. I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs!

Service was amazing! We had a leak in our master bedroom overnight. Roto rooter fit me in that morning. The service tech Bobby was very nice and figured out the problem quickly. The solution wasn’t nearly as expensive and invasive as I’d feared. I’ll definitely use them again!
