If you are looking for an honest and fair plumbing business and a plumber who treats your plumbing issues like they are his number one priority, give Chris Waterhouse, owner of local, family-run H2O House Plumbing, your business. We had a major sewer line blockage. He assessed the problem, and started with the least aggressive and least costly treatment. He texted that evening to check on us, and when that did not resolve the issue, he came back and we made a plan. He and his crew, who are mostly family and a great team of guys, showed up exactly when they said, went right to work, and replaced part of the line. They did it with minimal mess, and by the next day, we had everything put back in place. We cannot say enough about the peace of mind we had placing our trust in Chris and his team. We had him replace our very old and out of code water heater to avert future disasters! Next week he is coming back to replace a garden spigot for us. An excellent plumber is worth his weight in gold!

I came home to water running from our front yard into and down the street. After turning off the water at the meter, I called Acts of Service Plumbing. They accurately diagnosed the problem as a leak in an abandoned sprinkler system. They arrived on time, did the repairs quickly, and got our water back on. They were referred to us by a friend, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a fast, fair plumbing service.

I will offer one star for Big C because after 4 years his tankless installation still functions. He did cost me a substantial ONG rebate after he refused to complete paperwork that he promised. Might look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience with our plumber, Nathan. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice. Scheduling the initial appointment, as well as follow up appointments was quick and easy. Reviewing and approving the quote for the work was very easy, and so was the payment process. I appreciate the use of technology to eliminate the need for me to keep track of paper invoices and receipts.

I will NEVER use another plumber again!! My experience with Air Solutions was quick, simple and reasonably priced!! Their office staff is professional, friendly and attentive! This group of people are so professional. Starting with the lady who handles the phone call (sorry I don't know her name) to the quote experience, to the installation experience (And if I owned a business I would deffinently keep Leonard around forever! ) Leonard and Will was very pleasant and very considerate of our home and trying not to interrupt our daily schedule. These guys are awesome! And Eric came to our home to finalize and to answer all the questions we could throw at him. He was very courteous.
