I called Chris to look at a problem I am having. I have had 4 plumbing companies out previously, each giving me different information, outrageous estimates and not calling me back. I was so frustrated. Chris came out to take a look and advise me on what I could do to get the problem solved. He is very responsive, very kind and very importantly honest. Great service. They sent an email, confirming the time of the appointment, and the technicians called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Mike and Tristan were polite, friendly and professional. They put a large mat on the kitchen floor to keep it clean and shared useful tips to solve problems. I would definitely use this service again.

My home in Tulsa was turning into something of a disaster area before Big C's showed up. They got things fixed up and cleaned up, and I couldn't be more impressed. Looking at it, you'd hardly be able to tell that there was some flooding going on in my home thanks to pipe leakage.

I made an appointment over the phone, but they failed to record the appointment in their system. As a result, I was left waiting for a plumber who never showed up. I called 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, at which time I was informed of the error. I received a short sorry, with no offer to reschedule or make amends. I will be seeking plumbing services elsewhere.

They did a great job for us - installed a hot water heater and replaced a faucet. Most importantly, they stood behind their work when we had a problem a few months later. They replaced the faucet at no charge when a part failed. Gary Don was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I will use them for any future plumbing needs!
