Needed new lines for a busted water heater. They upgraded my lines with new arrestors and fittings! They were quick were able to get to me that day! Awesome job from a very polite and knowledgeable young man!

JR was quick to respond. He was efficient and personable while moving our dedicated water line for water filter machine.
When the hot water would not work, I called him and he was out again same day by 1:00. It was the machine. NOT JR’s work. I highly recommend his company.

We had an issue that was quickly resolved from the plumbers at King Plumbing. They arrived on time and were so knowledgeable and friendly. We have been waiting for 3 days after a flood in our basement, for a response from the manager concerning the irresponsible job they did which caused the 4 feet of water in our basement.

We had problems with the water pressure in our house. Another plumbing company could not get to us for over a week. But Ricky & his crew took care of us the same day found the problem and got it fixed.
Was very fast at a reasonable price!

I have used these guys 2 times both times they were on time and did a great job . There prices were very reasonable for the work they did theses guys are not afraid to get dirty.

I've used Charlie's Rooter for many years. They always show up on time and solve the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable. More than once they have shown up at night, on a weekend or a holiday.

They were friendly & responsive. The work was good & quick.
My only complaint is that I felt like they were constantly trying to upsell me on more expensive products. My hot water heater needed to be replaced, I was talked into adding a treatment device that I'm not even 100% what it does & have a little bit of buyers remorse because I didn't have time to look it up & research the product 1st... he tried hard to get me to buy a tankless water heater which was double the price. I feel like I fell for the upsell of the treatment device but was able to stick with just replacing the water heater with a similar tank to what I had.
In order to add the treatment device, I needed to have an electrician add an outlet, they said they had an electrician they use for that (unless I'd rather contact someone myself), it wasn't until after the fact I found out the electrician was closely related to the plumber, so I'm sure that was part of the reason for push to upsell me an extra product. The electrician was friendly & to my untrained eye, looks to have done good work but it still would have been nice for the relationship to be explained beforehand to not feel like a bit of a con or scam to get more business out of me for both companies.

The plumber asked to do a walk through of my home & was very informative on plumbing items & showed me some valuable, good to know things. He did also point out things that could be upgraded or replaced & it felt like more trying to upsell me more products or services that I don't really need.

It was stressful enough needing to replace a hot water heater that had gone out without the added pressure of sales pitches to buy more products that were a lot more expensive... yes, please tell me my options but not as an on the spot sales pitch pushing the most expensive option.

This is my 1st time needing a plumber, I wish I had been in the position to call around & compare prices & companies. Being without hot water I decided to go ahead with half moon (they were recommended by a friend) despite feeling like they were trying to upsell me on everything... and they did do good work... but I will likely try a different company for future plumbing needs before going with half moon again.
The price just to replace my hot water heater (not including the added treatment device) was $1900, I feel like that was high, I was expecting closer to the $1400 range but again, this is my 1st time dealing with this so not sure if their price is standard/average or if it is in fact high compared to other companies.

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
