Great service! Called them when my AC went out, and they were at my house within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Service techs were very professional and explained in detail the issue and what they had to do to fix the problem. Highly recommended them for doing the job fast and effiecntly!

called on Thursday 8/30/18 expecting with the holiday weekend to be told it would be sometime next week,but no Kenny says we'll be out tomorrow between 10-2. At 4 I call, lady tells me ,yep you are on the board next available tech, shouldn't be long. at 6 I call again and am told paging tech now they will call you shortly.I was supposed to leave for work at 5. at 8 told my wife if they call tell them to #$%^%$$!!! no one ever called or showed up as of sunday 3 pm.

“Hour Emergency Service” lead me to believe they provide emergency services. Still not heard back from them 6 hours later. False advertising.

Our 13 month old washer stopped working, conveniently after the 12 month warranty ran out. Decided to have them come out to diagnose it. Curtis was very professional. He let us know it was a really common issue with our washer and all he had to do was reset a part! Saved us the price of a new washer. Highly recommend!

Funny, nice guy, he was quick, came here immediately got to work! I was very surprised. I was embarrassed about what might come out of the bathtub (wasn’t draining properly/ quickly(have a child, pets, long hair)). If anything else breaks (very old house, I’m sure there will be plenty.) we’ll definitely be calling for you guys back!

I would recommend to everyone to contact Carl his work was excellent. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it and provide a cost. His pricing is cheaper then majority in and around Wichita. I will be calling him in the future. My neighbor seen his work and prices and is scheduling an appt with him ASAP
