We had Jaya come out for our annual HVAC tune up. She was extremely professional and transparent. Our unit is over 20 years old so I appreciated her ability to be honest with me and let me know what all they offered while at the same time not being “sales-y” at all. We had a broken pipe from the recent freeze. We didn't notice the problem until the water had seeped under our laminate floor. Chris fit us in the schedule and found the issue with the outside faucet. He was able to repair the problem and kept it from being much worse. We are so grateful to Chris and H2O. He will be our go-to plumber from here on out. Fantastic service.

Removed laundry dryer and cleaned the flew pipe and removed dent. The pipe was vertical and this removed a lot of lent that prevent a fire hazard. Great job and cleaned afterward. Good job.

We were having low water pressure. We suspected the pressure regulator (PRV) but weren’t sure where it was. Bryce explained all our options. He was able to find the PRV and replace it quickly. Our water pressure is better than it’s ever been! We are very happy!

This was the first time that we have contacted them. After dealing with some plumbing problems off and on for a bout two months with someone else we decided we needed another opinion. A time was arranged and on that day they called to confirmed and to let us know they could be there earlier. The two men were very polite a d took time to listen to what we had been dealing with. I would like to thank Brian from the supply store selling me the correct parts, but sadly my DIY turned more complicated. Brian gave me the number for the service and didn’t get the operators name but they took care of me and got me an appointment. Al and Noah showed up and took care of business. I am happy that I can flush my toilets again.

I used this company to unclog a drain line that was severely stopped up. They had to auger from both the inside of the building and the outside of the building. It took a while to work through the clog and flush the line clean but they stayed with it and were very careful not to cause an unreasonable mess. I would most certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumbers service.

We updated our home and One Way plumbing took care of all the plumbing needs we had during the project ! We were on a short time line and they set up schedule to get the work done within our tight schedule, they also found some issues we would not have noticed without their expertise!
