I have never had a better experience with any service professional...ever. I called on a Thursday afternoon for an enquiry on an a/c service call and was set up for a next day appointment. They were friendly and professional from phone call to repair completion. They did a thorough investigation and found the root of the issue rather than a quick band aid fix, but cost the same as the superficial repair jobs I'd had in the past. Not only do I genuinely feel like my HVAC issues have been resolved, but they treated me with respect during every interaction. We had problems with the water pressure in our house. Another plumbing company could not get to us for over a week. But Ricky & his crew took care of us the same day found the problem and got it fixed.

I called at 7:45am for a toilet repair. By 9:00am the tech had texted and was on the way! The tech was very friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with how fast they had a tech sent out and how fast the tech fixed the issue. I will be using Roto Rooter again for future needs.
