Last week I had a leak and a clogged toilet. My friend recommended Pro Elevated and I'm so glad she did. Positive experience using Sons of Service in two different homes. Today, perhaps a rather ordinary search & repair. However, at the first home they fixed a foundation problem no one else - not the original building contractor, countless engineer reports, 3 sets of piers, etc. - NONE of these completely fixed the problem in 30 years. After spending thousands of dollars on other services, SOS fixed it for few a hundred dollars. It's all in the details.

Came out next day and took care of issue in less than 30 minutes. Friendly and genuine about their work.

Rick and his company are nothing short of amazing. They have been to our home twice for different things. One was a botched plumbing job from someone else and they fixed us right up. Next our hot water tank died. Here comes Acts of Service to the rescue. We are now fully up to code and have hot water!

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

The first time they were supposed to come out to my house they told me 2pm, so I took off work early to be there. Nobody ever showed up and when I called they told me they would have a manager call me back. Nobody did. Then I tried making another appointment for 3 weeks and they kept avoiding doing so for me. Finally they told me that they were gonna have a sister company Murray electric or something like that. Then they told me they would have someone at my house by 6. Nobody showed up by 7, so we left to go run the errands we needed to do. Then someone finally came out but not from Mullin, and they told me the wires needed to be bonded properly and they would have Mullin set something up and they would bill them. Nobody would take mine or my husband's calls after that from either company. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, will not ever use Mullin again, would not reccomend.

I've used Charlie's Rooter for many years. They always show up on time and solve the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable. More than once they have shown up at night, on a weekend or a holiday.

This was my first time using Half Moon Plumbing and I will definitely do business with them again. Very professional and I like receiving text updates regarding the service. Evan was the technician and I would definitely request him again. Great job!
