Our water heater burst on a Sunday morning. Ricky was at our house within an hour to make a temporary fix. His crew was here early Monday morning with a new water heater. They also made repairs to update the plumbing. We were up and running by Monday afternoon. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Woke up to a 65 degree house this morning & learned my heater was short cycling. I googled then chose Air Solutions bc they were located nearby & were able to get to me the same day. I called @ 10:30 & was told a tech would be assigned as one was available.
I got an email & a text w their photo prior to their arrival & a customer service rep called me to verify as well.
Seth arrived promptly, was masked when I opened the door & has his tablet ready with my issue. He was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes & explained to me what was causing the issue & what would have to be done to fix it. Unfortunately, the part needed could not be acquired until Monday as it's a Friday @ 5, this was beyond his control.
He was kind about the fact my kitties were very interested in what he was doing 😹 A great customer service experience & a tech I felt I can trust.

I first used Ready Services a few years ago. They were prompt, provided a fair quote, and completed the work (run lines and install three home exterior lights). Great experience. Since then, I have tried to get more work done, only to call and be told someone will call you (in the main office) or have the technician tell me he will call me back. Days and weeks go by. I understand people are busy, but after getting the runaround I just stopped. This lack of professionalism was consistent enough to now overshadow my initial experience.

Brandon and his assistant were professional, accommodating and did a great job installing a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal AFTER installing new plumbing in my very old, leaking kitchen. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE CALL SOMEONE ELSE! We had a slow draining toilet, and kitchen sink so we tried to snake the line and when we couldn't make the repair we called around and Duvall Plumbing was the most responsive, but that is the only positive thing I have to say Hunter came.out and was nice enough but left us with no working toilet and charged us 300 to not fix the issue but make it worse. At least before we called we could use the restroom, he said it would cost us $900 and a new toilet and they would call tomorrow to try to get us on their schedule. NO THANKS. HE ALSO SAID IT WOULD WORK FOR NOW UNTIL THEY COULD GET BACK NOW THERE IS SEWAGE LEAKING ONTO MY BATHROOM FLOOR

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!
