DeAndre Dabney, Technician, promptly found and cleaned a dirty temperature sensor in my Lennox heater. DeAndre explained how a dirty temperature sensor could cause my heater to malfunction. Samuel Sandoval, sales consultant, accompanied him. Both were very courteous.

Chris with H2O House Plumbing replaced a wax ring on our master bathroom toilet. The rate was reasonable, the work was of excellent quality and the leak under the toilet stopped after he installed the new wax ring. Chris is a very skilled plumber, and he is great to deal with. I not mention names for privacy reason but they sent a guy out and he was a super cool guy and was pretty straight up with me and just told me how things were and payed out my options. No pressure in any direction. Very honest, way better than the last company I felt with. Everything went pretty smooth and their prices are honestly pretty reasonable. I probably won’t go anywhere else for HVAC work as long as I live here.
