He was hired by Darwin Homes to fix our ac. We had two other contractors come out to look at it. He went through every step of cleaning and reconnecting our actual ducting in the crawl space. I am also having hom put insulation in the attic. Overall absolutely a great hard working guy. Very appreciative and grateful for him to work on our rent house. Once I get my own house 10/10 would hire to work on that as well.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Heard about Big C's from a friend, and I'm glad I did. Tulsa couldn't realistically hope for a better plumber than Big C's!

I reached out to Mark to get a second opinion on some plumbing we were having installed - just to confirm our contractor had everything lined up properly at our new house but also to see if there was anything we could do to make the plumbing better. He not only answered my call right away, but he also scheduled to go out the next day to give us this professional second look. His quote to do this was extremely reasonable, and he texted me either later the same day or the morning after he went out. He not only gave us a good report (that the plumbing had all been installed properly ) but also shared a couple of ways we could enhance the plumbing if we wanted. Mark was a courteous professional that took care of our request right away. I HIGHLY recommend him and will be calling him from now on for any plumbing or HVAC issues we encounter.

We are in process of selling a home. For the last few months; we knew there was a leak somewhere in the house, and needed it taken care of before the house was listed. We had a plumber come out who didn't find anything; another plumber come who found a leak of the city's side; a city worker came to fix their leak but told us that we still had a leak; and then another leak detection company come out who found nothing. The city replaced the meter (thinking maybe that was the problem), and leak still showed. I got fed up, and called American Leak Detection of Eastern OK. They were able to come out the same day they were called (on a Wednesday). Zane found the leak quickly in the master bath from the vanity. Four other professionals were unable to detect this leak. He made sure to call me before he cut a hole in the wall to make sure it was okay, and was very professional and helpful in explaining exactly where the problem was. We had a leak in the slab, and he was able to come back Friday to repair the slab leak. He was very easy to work with, and very prompt in getting our problem taken care of. He knew that we were selling the house, and was very helpful in getting it taken care of ASAP; while still keeping the house looking clean. He even wore booties on his shoes since we had just cleaned carpets. I would highly recommend American Leak Detection, and Zane! Thank you all for everything!

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

I called asking for help with a rebate on my tankless waterheater. I was transferred to a lady in accounting. She verified my email and said she would get on it. It's been a week and no response.Well, now it's too late to apply for my water heater rebate. I never heard back with information on this 7200.00, tankless waterheater. Absolutely a rip off on price.

The office sent me the name and a picture of the technician that would arrive at my house. He arrived in a timely manner and was extremely respectful and efficient. Considering that I never received a return call from two other plumbing offices I had called earlier in the morning, I was delighted with the level of service.

My plumbing at my daughter's house got backed up. Called warranty company and they send out this company to fix the issue. Gentlemen left and same night the bathroom did the same thing. Called the office and told the young lady about that the issue was not resolve. They sent the same guy and when he came he had an attitude saying that he did fixed the problem. He did what he had to do again and left at the night we decided to use the rest room and it backed up again. Called the next day and inform the office that the problem was never resolve and to please do not send the same guy back to the house.The guy showed up today with an attitude and didn't have the tools to check the clean out. We had to call the office to him them tell the guy to get off our property. I will never recommend this company to no one. HORRIBLE SERVICE
