They did a great job with installing a new toilet. They came out the same day and were very nice. Would highly recommend!

He came out the next day talked me through the whole thing and spent the next three months replacing the entire drainage system in my house. His team is professional and efficient. Big C’s is the only plumber I will call in Tulsa. I highly recommend him.

I used this company to unclog a drain line that was severely stopped up. They had to auger from both the inside of the building and the outside of the building. It took a while to work through the clog and flush the line clean but they stayed with it and were very careful not to cause an unreasonable mess. I would most certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumbers service.

One Way worked on moving plumbing during kitchen remodel. Did a good job. Vincent was particularly helpful/informative.

Came out same day fixed our drain issue with our washing machine. They are christian people and great to deal with. We have used them several times and always who we call when we need plumbing help. Everyone I have met or dealt with has been high quality people who know their stuff!

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.
