What started out as a routine shower/tub remodel, turned into a nightmare, but Wesley, Jessy, Al, and Willie (I think) swooped in and saved the day!

I had to stand down from my remodel due to the fact the contractor and his plumber quickly discovered my brittle CPVC. I knew from a couple past plumbing incidents, I would be needing a whole house replumb at some point. I got three quotes, and Wesley gave the best price, and explanation of what they could do. They even moved studs, got my new shower head, faucet, and new tub upstairs installed.

It took my crew of four, two days to complete the job, but they were still able to turn my water back on for overnite.

They were all professional, personable, explained what they were doing, answered questions, and even didn't mind when Curious George the cat got in their way!

The people at Absolute Air are fantastic. They have serviced our heating and air conditioning systems for 17 years. We wouldn't have anyone else. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
