I have been hiring Ready Services for many years for Heat/Air and most recently for plumbing. The uniformed servicemen show up when they say they will and give a courtesy call to let me know they are on their way, which for me is very important - I don't like it when a company says we will be there between noon and 5:00.
Ready Services does the job right the first time and they clean up after themselves.

Austin came to service our 2 units on 12/14/15. He did an excellent job not only in his service but on all the info he gave me on the upkeep and maintenance of out units. I appreciated the extra time he spent talking to me about it.

I called Sons of Service to check a pilot light situation I had. They were at my house very quickly. Immediately they noticed a potentially fatal issue with my hot water tank. The vent wasn’t attached and was dumping exhaust into the heater closet. They replaced my tank and repaired my water and gas line that was improperly installed. They fixed the vent and brought my system up to code. I highly recommend this business.

The guys at Half Moon were very courteous and professional. I had made the mistake of not calling them first. When the first plumber I called cancelled on me, they were there. I had a put a nail through a copper pipe very close to the floor. Tommy was able to get it fixed in about a half an hour and didn't have to jackhammer the slab. Saved me hundreds. Thanks Half Moon Plumbing!

Cody was on time, polite and efficient. Problem was located, part was replaced, and I was kept informed of the process all the way through. Will definitely use again, and will request Cody.

Have a bunch of issues at the house but mainly with Return Ductwork. Nick came out and made assurances on some options that would have a huge impact and seemed very competent and confident, so I spent 2000 on them replacing ductwork in the attic saying it would make a huge change even though the chase it goes down couldn't be sealed. It had 0 impact.After calling them back thinking in good faith they'd at least come put some effort into figuring out the cause of my issues, they simply never returned my call and even the main office helped him dodge me calling them directly to get someone to answer me.Called Air Assurance, without charging me a dime they did a whole home pressure test and found the system couldn't even pressurize, then put camera's in the chase that Airco claimed was unknowable and showed me video of exactly what the issues were, showed me the numerous air leaks in the 'NEW' ductwork Airco put in, and redid the entire system basically flushing the 2k I spent with AirCo down the drain. But it fixed everything.Long story short, call Air Assurance and save yourself thousands.
