Great Plumber Fast and friendly

Very friendly and professional. Explained everything he was doing. Half Moon sent a picture and a profile on the technician before he arrived at my house. That was very nice, you know who to expect. Complied with my Covid 19 requests cheerfully. I will be using them again.

They were scheduled a week in advance to come fix a leak this morning and they never showed, so I called and they said that they were supposed to be here but they couldn't make it. The soonest they could reschedule me was for another week.

We have always used Allied for any plumbing issues we've had. When we found out they did heating & air, we called them immediately when our air conditioning broke in the heat of summer... As you could imagine, we were sweating and uncomfortable. We called Allied and they came out immediately and fixed it. We would never call anyone else! Chad came out on a weekend and repaired a broken water supply line to our house. It was critical as the house was being remodeled and the yard was drying out. It was a big job, required a backco and he had to work some issues with the connection. He was able to complete the job before dark and we've had no problems since. Hard working man!
