Heat went out on Thanksgiving, Stanley the technician came out to look at furnace at no additional cost due to holiday, then Randy the estimate guy came out same day to quote us some figures it would cost. A new furnace was ordered and installed the next day thanks to Stanley and Clayton. Due to my furnace not being in stock, I was upgraded for free. Pleasure doing business with company, and would def recommend! :)

I stumbled across torch plumbing when I was searching for a plumber on my rental property. They were fast, communicative, and very easy to work with. They never make me wait very long at all, and they are flexible with my schedule which is always helpful. I absolutely recommending using the Torch for all plumbing needs, and I will continue do the same.

We had an emergency when the pressure reducing valve in our house blew. Freedom sent Dylan and BJ (not sure of the spelling) out within a few hours of us calling. They were nice and knowledgeable, and quickly located the problem and replaced the part. I highly recommend these two guys and Freedom - we're very happy they were honest and dependable, and knew exactly what to do.

Chad with Cunningham Plumbing came to us from a recommendation from our heating and Air person. We had a water leak under the house. Since I can no longer do much of anything do to a back problem I called for help. Chad was on time, went under our house and within 30 minutes had the problem fixed for a fair price. He could have told me anything about what needed to be done and we would have had to pay. However they are honest folks and I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this plumbing company for their exceptional service and professionalism. I have used them multiple times to clear clogged lines caused by tree roots, and each time they have done an outstanding job without trying to add extra fees. They are honest and reliable, and they use high tech equipment to show me exactly what is going on. I feel comfortable trusting them in my home even when I am not there. Their office staff is always prompt and efficient in setting appointments, and the communication throughout the entire process is top-notch. I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Five stars!

I would AVOID these guys. I had a good experience with K&M Shillingford after having a bad experience with this company.

I called them out to my condo during the Artic Blast in Feb 2021 due to one of my heating units not working. The tech that came out said they couldn't do any work that day due to the setup of the system and they would have to come back another day. I was fine with them not being able to do the work due to the risk of having to shut off heating to other residents in the complex. However, they do a lot of work in my complex (so they know how the system is) and should have been familiar with this setup ahead of time. Additionally, per the call note on the invoice I told them it was a boiler system. They are also aware the units dont come originally installed with shutoff valves.

The problem came when I received a $125 bill for them spend 20 minutes here and tell me they can't do anything that day (to be clear I did not tell them they couldn't work, they told me they couldnt work). Additionally, I did not even get an answer on what the problem is, I was told it might be coil but they would not know until it was flushed (I already told them when I called that I thought it was the coil, as it shows in the call note on the invoice). So no help there.

I spoke with Scott Soder (whom appears to be the owner based off their website) about this and told him I don't think I should be paying $125 for a company to tell me they can't do the work (as stated above they should have known they wouldn't have prior to coming out) that day and where I got no value from their services. I asked that the invoice be voided if I am going to pay them to come out again and perform the work I originally called them out to do. He refused to cancel the invoice and even went so far as to threaten to file in small claims court if didn't pay it (lol).

They obviously don't care about retaining customers as they allowed a shoddy $125 invoice get in the way of likely $750+ in revenue and future referrals to other neighbors in my complex. Major red flag!

Did not have a great experience with Harp for plumbing. We had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, one of their plumbers came out claimed he didn't know what the problem was. He was there for 15 min. charged us $82 said it might be termites and left. After he left I found a pipe right above the leak spot. When we received a follow up call the next day about how we felt about the service I explained the situation, I was told that I would receive a call from the service manager the next business day. I had to make the call to talk to the service manager. The only reason they get 3 stars is because they refunded me all my money, even the $49 service call charge.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
