We had Robert come out and help us with a leaky pipe. He was quick to book, quick to come out and service our sink. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing thoroughly and in layman’s terms. He even made the sink more efficient, which was very kind and above and beyond what we asked for. It was also very affordable so 10/10 from us. Will be using their services again.

My tech was wonderful throughout the entire process. He even moved my plants and was careful to get under the house. Called me throughout the day so I could access my bathroom when possible and sent me photographs of what he was seeing. I called another local company I have used in the past to come out twice and both times they charged me a consult fee and did nothing so I called Half Moon after a friend recommended them. They scheduled me for a specialist with historic homes and he fixed everything the same day he came. Great service, great techs, great value for the exceptionally high quality of work.

Very friendly office when I called when our furnace wasn't working. The Service Pro was very polite and explained the problem we had to my husband and was able to quickly fix it. We liked them so well, we signed up for the yearly service plan.

They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, Hey, the fan stopped spinning. He immediately replied, I'll be there tomorrow morning. (Father's Day). I didn't ask for him to come immediately, he offered. He showed up and got it fixed. A new part was faulty. Amazing service. Great customer service. I will USE Again in the future! He went above and beyond!!!!!!

.had them replace a water line from city water to my home in January '22. They upgraded in-house valves, etc. to code. Fair price. So contacted them back today (Nov 22) after trying to install a faucet & discovering an apparent leak in the pipes. They found that it wasn't a leak (which would have req'd more extensive repairs) but a valve that wasn't closed. Jason figured it out & then installed the faucet in no time.

They were able to get me in the same day and justin made it easy for me as a homeowner to be able to understand what is easy and what doesn't need to be complicated. They really took the time to take my concerns and treat it with respect and care for my home. I will be going with them in the future.
