.had them replace a water line from city water to my home in January '22. They upgraded in-house valves, etc. to code. Fair price. So contacted them back today (Nov 22) after trying to install a faucet & discovering an apparent leak in the pipes. They found that it wasn't a leak (which would have req'd more extensive repairs) but a valve that wasn't closed. Jason figured it out & then installed the faucet in no time.

Matt Friedenberg was knowledgeable, personable and efficient during his visit. He identified where my heating system was failing and provided a short-term repair while awaiting parts for a permanent solution. He comes across as being honest and interested in the best interests of the customer.

I picked this company based off the reviews, because it sounded like they were very professional and others have had a great experience.

They are supposedly available 24/7. However, when I called to set up an appointment, they said the next available would be the following day. I thought, because of the snow, no big deal, we'll make it work. So we made the booking and had it set for 7 am. It is now currently 11am, and no one has showed up. I called, and they redirected me to some third party caller who said, sorry, but they can reschedule to Thursday. Excuse me, what? This is an emergency. I have no running water to my home, and they expect me to wait until Thursday with no guarantees that the problem was going to be fixed. To top it off, they had asked for my credit card information and charged me before even doing any work. Oh, and for the inconvenience, they gave me a $10 coupon. Laughable. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

The task done on installing the new thermostat was done in decent amount of time. Most important the installer was nice and took extra time to install my filter in the hallway at no charge he gave the extra mile to do including explaining everything done to job the new thermostat.

They will send a camera down your lines for free ! That way they can give you a correct estimate . other work I contacted wanted $500 to do that and then give me an estimate. amazing! Joel is a straight shooter, honest. I felt comfortable proceeding with this company.

THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. this is actually a scam, the number listed forwarded me to another company that had no idea who she was AFTER i gave all my information. tried to call the number back and it was disconnected after it sounded like it was picked up. called again to ensure it wasn’t service issues on my end, and i got some random company again that didn’t seem too bothered their number was listed on golden brothers plumbing.
