Did a great job, fixed my 3 problems at a reasonable price.

Jason was the one that replaced and fixed a part on my hot water tank. He made sure it worked and made sure I knew how to relight. He did have to come by couple days after to relight. He thinks their may have been air in the line. Have had no issues since .Thank you Jason Ruby. I will most certainly be recommending the company to my friends and family

Plumber was polite and professional, but cautioned me that they didn’t warranty any work over 80 lbs of water pressure. It came up to 50 lbs then he tap tap tapped it until it got to 105 and took a picture of that. Then tried to sell me a device to keep it lower. That would have been handy to know BEFORE I agreed for you them to do the work.

The pipes in my outdoor hottub froze and busted over the winter. Jess found the problem quickly and replaced the broken pipes and got us back up and running. We are very happy with the service that was provided and wont hesitate to call Abstract for all our plumbing needs.

He managed to get the water shut off at the meter. Got the leak stopped and will schedule to get my faucet replaced along with incoming water cutoffs at the sink. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Deanna Hudson and her team at Total Plumbing and Drain. We have had to utilize them several times over the past 2 yrs and each time is a blessing. My 94 yo MIL had a big problem. A big name plumber was going to charge her $8K. Total came out, cleared the line for about $200 and got her up and running.

This weekend our washer backed up. They came out. Got it cleared. There was a glitch. Came out a second time and fixed it at no charge. What?! Always Yes, ma'am, Thank you, ma'am. They clean up after themselves to the best of their ability. They had to move big rocks around a flower bed to get to the clean out for the washer. They replaced everything. Can't even tell they were there.

Good people who run their business with integrity. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would AVOID these guys. I had a good experience with K&M Shillingford after having a bad experience with this company.

I called them out to my condo during the Artic Blast in Feb 2021 due to one of my heating units not working. The tech that came out said they couldn't do any work that day due to the setup of the system and they would have to come back another day. I was fine with them not being able to do the work due to the risk of having to shut off heating to other residents in the complex. However, they do a lot of work in my complex (so they know how the system is) and should have been familiar with this setup ahead of time. Additionally, per the call note on the invoice I told them it was a boiler system. They are also aware the units dont come originally installed with shutoff valves.

The problem came when I received a $125 bill for them spend 20 minutes here and tell me they can't do anything that day (to be clear I did not tell them they couldn't work, they told me they couldnt work). Additionally, I did not even get an answer on what the problem is, I was told it might be coil but they would not know until it was flushed (I already told them when I called that I thought it was the coil, as it shows in the call note on the invoice). So no help there.

I spoke with Scott Soder (whom appears to be the owner based off their website) about this and told him I don't think I should be paying $125 for a company to tell me they can't do the work (as stated above they should have known they wouldn't have prior to coming out) that day and where I got no value from their services. I asked that the invoice be voided if I am going to pay them to come out again and perform the work I originally called them out to do. He refused to cancel the invoice and even went so far as to threaten to file in small claims court if didn't pay it (lol).

They obviously don't care about retaining customers as they allowed a shoddy $125 invoice get in the way of likely $750+ in revenue and future referrals to other neighbors in my complex. Major red flag!
