I had a small leak in my condo, and called another company on Friday, and they tried looking for the leak for about half hour or so. Broke a couple of walls and ended up saying we couldn't find anything still had to paid. Today Monday, Allied came to check on the same issue and after more than one hour, the tech, Ryan, found the issue. Also, had to take a couple of pieces of the wall but keep looking until it figured out the problem was under the dishwasher. I really appreciate how he never gave up just saying things like it must be rain water through the door (as the previous company said). He was very friendly and professional and showed to me how I could replace the hose if I wanted to do it by myself. Very pleased with this company. Even though the inspection cost is higher than others, it's totally worthed!

Noticed the fan wasn’t turning on the outside air conditioning unit on a Saturday morning. Called and a friendly technician was onsite within 30 minutes and the problem was fixed (capacitor) in another 15 minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service!
