We had Jack Nelson's technician Billy in today to do a maintenance check up and he did an awesome Job. Billy has been out to our home several times [maintenance-service plan] and he's always on time, respectful, honest and informative

I found them very irresponsible, they could not even schedule an appointment properly three times in a row. First time they put me for the wrong service and had to squeeze me in. Second time instead of Chris they sent a different technician who could not address the issue. We rescheduled for Chris to come because we we told that he is the specialist who would be able to address the issue. After confirming the appointment, they sent a wrong guy again and blamed this again on the person who was taking the appointment and did not schedule it properly once again. Ridiculous service.

Fix sink fast

I contacted Torch Plumbing to replace the hot water recirculation pump and to replace a small section of old UPONOR PEX that I was concerned might fail in the future. The technician, Matt, arrived promptly and took precautions to mitigate tracking debris into my house by wearing clean/new booties over his boots. He worn a mask, as per city ordinate to lessen any COVID 19 spread. The work he completed was done promptly and neatly, he removed all the old material.

They went out of they’re way to get me the best deal and did an amazing job on the installation of my new A/C unit and furnace. Very satisfied.

George & team we're very professional & communicative, always arrived exactly when he said they would, and were very thorough. They did a beautiful job replacing my kitchen floor and updating my island countertop to a butcher block breakfast bar. He really took care of all the little details and I am so happy with the results.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
