I like that he was here on time and checked every aspect of what could be possibly the problem, but couldn’t find anything other then one thing, but even that didn’t seem to possibly be the issue either. I thought he was thorough in doing his job.

Duvall plumbing co was amazing!!! They showed up within an hour of me calling when both my toilets stopped working. We just moved into a new house a couple days ago so the stress of a plumbing issue showing up was real. Both guys were super nice, professional and quick. They fixed the problem in 30 minutes!!! GR repair and maintenance has performed a number of services at my residence and my rental properties. They’re always on time and all work has been completed in a very professional manner. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
