I called about a leaking water tank at 7:45 AM. Camron came out by 11:15, assessed and fixed the issue within an hour. Extremely polite and knowledgeable about his craft. Called Airco on a Saturday, as a VIP member got a tech out the same day to see why our A/C stopped working. Specifically told tech listen to the heat pump making the weird noise and he said yeah I hear it yet NEVER bothered to check the heat pump, instead misdiagnosed the issue and said couldn't fix until Monday. Got there to fix and didn't have correct tool, after finally fixing A/C still didn't work so said oops, I misdiagnosed, it's really this; approved that fix yet hours later and that part replaced and all refrigerate drained and replaced still not right. 2nd tech called opps, now it's this. Guaranteed that was the issue, which was a part in the heat pump!!! Guaranteed a call 1st thing next day, I had to call the service manager after 2 pm and get ugly before they went to get the part. Finally arrived to fix the issue and bent the part trying to put it in!!! Service Manager acted put out & like he was giving me a great deal by giving me 10% off labor! Let's see I'm out of town on business so my mother postponed her vacation to let techs in and out for 2 days and my husband had to finally rent a hotel room because our house reached 86 and he works in the heat all day, $140 doesn't begin to make your errors right! I've been a customer for 10+ years and at 2 houses...I'd never needed them except for maintenance or standard repairs, needless to say I'll NEVER use them again!!!

Came out day of call, very friendly and professional, even pointed me in some directions to save a good chunk of money on rebates through ONG.

I reached out to this company because their office location is near me. There is a fee to have them come out. They don't currently do emergency repairs so i had a couple days wait. Regardless, I was very impressed with the service guy, Todd. He immediately knew my issue, and he was quick and efficient with the repair. He also had everything he needed,as some companies tend to leave and come back with parts repairs. He's a dog person, so he didn't ask me to put my dog away, like most companies do. I was happy about this because my dog is very friendly and she was happy. He was able to get my ac back going within about 30 minutes. Afterwards he cleaned my ac unit and also educated me on specs about my unit. I purchased their plan package. I am very satisfied with this visit and I do recommend this company.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
