Chad with Cunningham Plumbing came to us from a recommendation from our heating and Air person. We had a water leak under the house. Since I can no longer do much of anything do to a back problem I called for help. Chad was on time, went under our house and within 30 minutes had the problem fixed for a fair price. He could have told me anything about what needed to be done and we would have had to pay. However they are honest folks and I highly recommend them.

I had a pipe burst at 10:00pm the day before Christmas Eve. I called Duvall at 8am the next morning and a live person answered the phone and sounded like they genuinely cared about my situation. She said they would have someone out between noon and 5pm. Of course I figured they would be here at 4:59pm. But at 12:12pm I received a call from Hunter to let me know he was on his way. My situation was resolved by 2:00pm. Hunter was very knowledgeable and professional. He is an asset to Duvall and should be commended for how he represents the company. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
