Kept after it till the job was done.I was so impressed I hired him to do some other things in my home his work is exceptionally good, fair price I would highly recommend him to anybody. Recently had a major plumbing issue and made a call to Half Moon and one other company. Half Moon won me over with their friendly phone conversation and general concern for my family's situation. I called on Monday morning and was told it wouldn't be until Wednesday when they could come out due to the current workload (which I completely understood). They ended up calling me Monday afternoon to inform me that they would be coming by to take a look at the issue. They were at my house in 20 minutes. The guy that showed up (Tommy G.) was polite and kept me informed the whole way. He also gave me two options to fix/prevent the issue and was upfront about the cost. When they came out to perform the work on Wednesday morning they started working right away and let me know of any help they needed from me and what they would be doing. They worked very hard in the blistering heat and were able to get the plumbing situation resolved and the water turned back on at the end of the day. My family is grateful for the fast, efficient, and friendly service that we received. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Woke up to a icebox water valve leaking on my kitchen floor- call Maston's and they sent Andres out. Nice young man did who did an excellent job in replacing the valve. Reasonably priced

We read other reviews about Ryan and Seth at Allied plumbing and they were right on with our experience. They were so quick to get us an appointment. They were very professional, upfront about our options and costs. They showed us the before and after. They also let our 3 and 5 year old see their work! Allied plumbing will be our plumbers as long as we are in Tulsa. We recommend you call and use them.

So I just got my dad's house who recently passed away. I contacted this contractor to get a bid to add an extension on the house. We made an appointment for today to get a quote on the work at 10am. I requested a follow-up phone call for the day previous which I never got. I did get a phone call a little more than an hour before the scheduled time letting me know that they signed up 3 jobs the day before and were no longer interested in keeping their appointment. I wouldn't have a problem but I changed my schedule and cancelled a job to make room for when it was better for them to meet only to be told not interested. So no, I won't be using this company due to careless regard for other people's time. I kind of see it as a precursor for future problems down the line. Looking at all the 5 star reviews, I can't help but wonder if the problem is because the house is in North Tulsa.

Logan was great! He was professional and on time. Logan explained what he needed to do to fix my faucet. My exterior faucet was replaced in a short period of time. The cost was reasonable in the future I'll continue to use One Way.
