They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, Hey, the fan stopped spinning. He immediately replied, I'll be there tomorrow morning. (Father's Day). I didn't ask for him to come immediately, he offered. He showed up and got it fixed. A new part was faulty. Amazing service. Great customer service. I will USE Again in the future! He went above and beyond!!!!!!

David Yeager does amazing work! We went 3 weeks without ac in our condo. Other companies refused the project and just kept giving us the run around. David was completely understanding and came out to take a look. We have ac finally because of him. Thank you so much David. Torch now has forever customers because of your fantastic work and complete honesty when it came to our ac. No one else would even look at it and you took the chance to see what you could do.

HVAC drain was clogged but I had no idea. The unit is very old and was leaking from ceiling and I needing a professional opinion.My thoughts were the unit is old and may need to be replaced but when David came out to check he didn’t jump to the conclusion that I needed a new unit.. very awesome and knowledgeable worker!He troubleshooted it from all angles and fixed the issue the same day.I’d recommend them,Price was very reasonable. 👍🏼
