Ready Services is my go to company for all of my heating, air, plumbing and electrical needs. They have always been able to diagnose and resolve all issues in a timely manner. I used them recently for service due to a collapsed line. The technician called to inform me when he would be arriving and was very polite and kept me informed throughout the job. They come highly recommended by me and I always recommend others to use them as well.

Discovered Monday that our water heater wasn’t working. Called a different company, earliest day would be Wednesday. Tried another, Tuesday.
Called One Way, was initially told that it would be 2:30. Great!! Received a call about 30 minutes later saying that they could be here at 11:30.
Logan shows up 15 minutes early, is incredibly pleasant, well groomed, and attentive.
Logan checks the heater, discovered what the problem was immediately, asks she, etc about the heater and realized that it should still be under warranty. He then proceeds to call the manufacturer, on speaker so that i may hear, and tells them the problem.
One hour later Logan is installing our brand new water heater that only took one call to One Way, and our problem was solved.

Hendrick Heat & Air went above and beyond for my family. Our 1986 packaged heat & air system went out on Friday (we moved to this house in September 2019). We called them and they came out immediately to give us an estimate on a new system. Couldn’t get us done during the weekend, so bought us a portable AC until they could come out first thing Monday morning. Stayed all day Monday to update everything (it goes without saying that there were a LOT of updates needed for code & efficiency... hadn’t been touched since ‘86). Did an exemplar job — from cleanliness to professionalism. Our backyard looks better because of it. Our 2-month-old and us appreciate everything that Hendrick Heat & Air did. Above & beyond!

Chad with Cunningham Plumbing came to us from a recommendation from our heating and Air person. We had a water leak under the house. Since I can no longer do much of anything do to a back problem I called for help. Chad was on time, went under our house and within 30 minutes had the problem fixed for a fair price. He could have told me anything about what needed to be done and we would have had to pay. However they are honest folks and I highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with the quality, service and attention to detail that Eric and Bryant showed. They were so kind and explained everything to me. They cleaned up so nicely as well! I highly recommend Alert Plumbing!!!

First time user of HARP. Garbage disposal leaking like a sieve. Appointment easily made and Cooper arrived precisely on time, diagnosed problem (terminal), went to Lowes to obtain new unit. He also obtained new bathroom faucet which I threw on him as an after thought. He removed and installed the new items very quickly without making a mess. Courteous and professional, I will not hesitate to use HARP again.

JD did great I recently remodeled my house house he helped with the kitchen, ice maker, stove bathroom dual sink moved my toiled from one side of the bathroom to the other and installed a new shower. It was hard to get a plumber in with the timing for trying to move in before the new year. Big help thanks Jon! I will be calling you back to install my water heater.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
