Horrible service for pool leak. Kept finding “issues” only to “fix” them but not actually fix anything. Now losing more water than originally was losing and I’m $650 in the hole. Will never recommend.

Same day service, by very courteous gentlemen who explained everything as they went! Repaired leaking drain under kitchen sink- and split pipe on sprinkler system. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Very, very impressed with Alert Plumbing !
We called this morning and within a couple hours Kevin came to the house. He had to do a few other things, which had not been done when the previous water tank was installed many, many years ago. He left to purchase the tank, also the other parts, then installed our new water tank and did a fantastic job !
Kevin was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional - plus got the job done in no time!

Update to my above review....I had spoken to a couple of neighbors that had just used other plumbing services, the price they were quoted was the price they paid. When I used Alert Plumbing they said if I used a credit card I would have to pay an extra $53.00, which I thought was normal practice - but I found out from neighbors the companies they used did not charge a c/c fee ! So if you are paying cash or check, no fee, so unfortunately as much as I really liked them, I will be using another plumbing company from now on...

I needed a plumber to fix a leaking exterior faucet. They came out on a weekend day which I didn’t expect but was thankful for. Taking time from home and family to help is what they did. I didn’t expect that but was happy they did. I’d rate 10 stars if I could.

They charged a woman over 10k to replace her main line, and did such a terrible job, her entire basement was flooded with sewage. The woman was 96 years old, and was unable to go down her stairs, so she had no idea it was happening until I told her.

Fast and easy plumbing

My neighbor used this company to replace their tie in to the city sewer main. They drove over the fence instead of asking us to remove or move it out of the way, so we had to pay over $1k out of pocket to build a new fence. Then the 12 foot hole they excavated was not backfilled and packed properly, so after the new fence was constructed, there is now a six foot by seven foot wide sink hole that is about a foot deep in my yard. The new fence has a post in that hole, so the fence is now sagging as well.

What was the response during the whole project? That is not our responsibility.

My advice, hire a different plumber that will hire a professional excavation company if excavation work is needed. Faking the ability to dig and fill a hole properly is not a good business practice. I cannot speak as to their effectiveness as plumbers though.
