I had a plumber(not Clear Creek) out to do a sewer line replacement. His poor workmanship led to me having interior plumbing leaks and leaks in my main line. The guys at Clear Creek came out fast and worked hard to get my plumbing fixed. Very communicative through the whole process. They never got back to me. Bad customer service

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

I have a serious root problem due to a suspected crack or break in the line which is scheduled to be repaired 4 days from now by a different company chosen by insurance company. I called Roto Rooter to see if they could help open the lines, and within an hour Brandon and Matt we’re onsite. They stuck with the problem for hours until they finally got through. I’ve dealt with Roto Rooter before and they are always professional and have always been successful with the small and larger more difficult tasks. Hats off to Brandon for his tenaciousness. You saved my weekend and We can stay in our own house till the repairs are done.

Wooten Knockout plumbing came out when I had a pipe freeze and bust. I decided to have all the pipes replaced, they where able to get the whole job done quickly and for a reasonable price. They where very professional and cleaned up before they left. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs!

Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It’s nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.
