He was hired by Darwin Homes to fix our ac. We had two other contractors come out to look at it. He went through every step of cleaning and reconnecting our actual ducting in the crawl space. I am also having hom put insulation in the attic. Overall absolutely a great hard working guy. Very appreciative and grateful for him to work on our rent house. Once I get my own house 10/10 would hire to work on that as well.

Cecil did a great job efficiently diagnosing and fixing the problem we had with our dishwasher & garbage disposal line. Initially, there was a misunderstanding concerning the diagnostic fee vs. the service call, and Cecil took the initiative to promptly take care of my concerns. We have used Acts of Service in the past, and once again I am impressed with their excellent customer service.

The people were friendly. However, watch out for their charges. As new issues kept being found by the plumber, our bill was slowly and surely adding up. We terminated our service after being charged $250ish for removing our toilet. We were about to be charged about $600 to snake out our line and another $300ish was about to be charged for repairing our flange.

We have found a local plumber to complete the same tasks for about a quarter of the cost.

Prices are what you should expect from a larger franchise plumbing service.

One Way worked on moving plumbing during kitchen remodel. Did a good job. Vincent was particularly helpful/informative.

Jess and Cooper were incredible! I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and they were able to replace the necessary parts and fix the issue. They were very detail oriented and professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Will did a great job! He started off telling me exactly what was wrong with our tankless water heater. Will is very professional, explaining the problems as he found them. This is the second time I have used Torch. I love how they explain the issues and show me what is wrong. Torch is now my go to for plumbing!!

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

Jared agreed to meet us on Christmas Eve just to take a look at our issue and said there would be no charge for the consult or the holiday call. He gave us a fair estimate, much better than we'd received from two previous plumbers, scheduled the repair, called when he said he would and finished the job on the lower end of his estimate. Couldn't be more impressed and thankful to now have an honest plumber to call when needed.
