American leak detection of Eastern Oklahoma sent technician Shelby to try to find my leak which was running 5-600 gallons per day but wasn’t showing on the surface. I live on 5 acres with two residences and a shop building with probably 3-400 feet of water lines running in several directions. Shelby called ahead and showed up in a timely manner. Shelby was neat in appearance and had a pleasant manner. He was diligent in tackling the task at hand and moved about in an efficient way checking the residences and shop first. Within an hour and fifteen minutes he had located and dug up the leak and was packing to leave. Many thanks to Shelby and his company for a very pleasant experience. By the way, the leak was a past friction sleeve repair that had worked loose which Shelby tightened before he left.

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

I've had my fair share of creepy repairmen! and trust I was nervous about yet another company coming out, me being alone and having to deal with those inappropriate men saying stupid things...I tried Mullin because my employer has been happy with the service.My 1st encounter With Mullin was with Bryan, he is a field supervisor. Very professional! I was assured being professional is the Mullin way. so I scheduled the repair for today 8/10/23I as nervous this morning wondering if I would be made uncomfortable or feel unsafe.To my delight Carlos was very kind and professional. He made the repair and service my AC unit.Not once did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable.Because of Carlos and my experience I would highly recommend Mullin and highly recommend you request Carlos.

The plumber Clint was very slow,took his sweet time,too lazy to go get me a new stem as I requested,& was tryng to charge me $185 for just replacing a washer & stem seat on my my cold water bath knob. Clint was very rude & disrespectful and is all about greed,workng less,& over charging customers by writing down more time on your invoice than accually worked. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone & strongly recommend passing on them thieves.

Nick came out on a holiday weekend to service my upstairs unit. Nick was a lifesaver, it was 83 degrees and my kids sleep upstairs. I will definitely be referring everyone to Davis Plumbing & HVAC! Thanks, Nick

I've used Charlie's Rooter for many years. They always show up on time and solve the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable. More than once they have shown up at night, on a weekend or a holiday.

Fantastic work.Luke came out after hours got the issue stabilized & then back out early the next morning to fix the issue.Very responsive, professional, and easy to do business with them.Can’t say enough about how great Luke was that came out..Definitely recommend & will use again.

We had two unrelated plumbing issues two days in a row, so we interacted with two different plumbers from Spot on, as well as several people on the phone. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned and invested in solving our problems. We had a plumber one day for one issue, which was completely resolved, then the next day woke up to flooding in our basement (we have had it before and thought we resolved the issue.) The plumber came out the same day we called it in and spent a good 2 hours looking everywhere for the problem, and found nothing. After he left, we tore into the drywall and found a leak in the concrete wall of our basement where a pipe comes in. There was a gap around the pipe that appeared to be letting in dirt and rainwater. It was around 10pm at this point. I called Spot On Plumbing to see if this was a plumbing issue or something else, and someone actually picked up. He had me text pictures of what we found and confirmed that it looked like the possible cause, but that it was not a plumber issue and referred us to a structural company, which makes complete sense to me. But it was great that they were still available to help me in any way they could to resolve this issue. And since Spot On Plumbing was running a promotion this week where they weren’t charging a service call fee, we received all of that help for our flooding without having to pay a cent. And it really helped us narrow down the cause!
