Best Water Heater Repair in Tulsa OK

Kyle has done numerous plumbing projects for us over the course of many years. Our company has a large clientele, and we have used Kyle to install and repair gas/water lines and valves as well as diagnose difficult tech issues. The faucet on the back of the house decided it was time to soak us every time we turned it on. Torch came out in the Tulsa heat and fixed it quickly.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

These gentlemen installed a 40 gallon water heater for me.
They were very polite,courteous and professional.
They seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me all about my new water heater including preventive maintenance.

Brock was paid up front to complete a number of things in our home. He completed a portion of the items, and it was quality work. Unfortunately he stopped answering our phone calls and never completed the work that was paid for. Eventually he responded and acted like he didn’t know who we were. We had to file a dispute with our bank to recover $600 that Brock took from us. If you’re looking for a good plumber, I would recommend you find one with more integrity.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service from Hendrick. I was able to get a full installation in 24 hours from my initial call. I spoke with half a dozen companies and they had the best rate and I can’t imagine anyone able to beat their service either. Highly recommend.

My neighbor used this company to replace their tie in to the city sewer main. They drove over the fence instead of asking us to remove or move it out of the way, so we had to pay over $1k out of pocket to build a new fence. Then the 12 foot hole they excavated was not backfilled and packed properly, so after the new fence was constructed, there is now a six foot by seven foot wide sink hole that is about a foot deep in my yard. The new fence has a post in that hole, so the fence is now sagging as well.

What was the response during the whole project? That is not our responsibility.

My advice, hire a different plumber that will hire a professional excavation company if excavation work is needed. Faking the ability to dig and fill a hole properly is not a good business practice. I cannot speak as to their effectiveness as plumbers though.
