I live in an older house and have had needed several plumbing jobs. They are very reasonably price. They are there when they say they will be, and work efficiently. They give me all my options on repairs to fit my budget. Logan has been out to my house twice now. He understands my needs and does not push me into unneeded repairs. He even fixed my kitchen faucet cap as extra while I was paying for the other repairs I needed done. Always my first call!

Matt came, and did a camera inspection to my sewer pipes, and was very thorough very informer and had great knowledge of his equipment. I highly recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs. Thanks again Matt.

Brock was paid up front to complete a number of things in our home. He completed a portion of the items, and it was quality work. Unfortunately he stopped answering our phone calls and never completed the work that was paid for. Eventually he responded and acted like he didn’t know who we were. We had to file a dispute with our bank to recover $600 that Brock took from us. If you’re looking for a good plumber, I would recommend you find one with more integrity.

Eric with Hendricks HAC showed up over here the day after I requested their help. In 45 minutes, he had solved all major problems with my heating systems - thereby saving my water pipes, (…and maybe my life) from the impending arctic blast that now has it 3’F at my now-warm house. When I tried to pay for his work as he left, he told me that ALL he did was covered under a forgotten service contract. A great early Christmas present, it was for me this year. Thanks VERY much Eric and Hendricks.

Techs were polite and polite nothing awful to say on the work and quality. As far as scheduling I’ve had to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out and troubleshoot. looked fine. Then the system froze again and had to wait another week for a tech to come and tell me I have a short on the thermostat wire that runs to the condensing unit. Now I’ve been quoted for 700$ to run a 50ft give or take cable in the attic and have to wait another two weeks. I declined, horrible scheduling and quoting. That wire can be ran for a maximum in material for 100$. I understand there is labor involved but 600$ in labor that would take a maximum of 2 hours is outrageous.

My neighbor used this company to replace their tie in to the city sewer main. They drove over the fence instead of asking us to remove or move it out of the way, so we had to pay over $1k out of pocket to build a new fence. Then the 12 foot hole they excavated was not backfilled and packed properly, so after the new fence was constructed, there is now a six foot by seven foot wide sink hole that is about a foot deep in my yard. The new fence has a post in that hole, so the fence is now sagging as well.

What was the response during the whole project? That is not our responsibility.

My advice, hire a different plumber that will hire a professional excavation company if excavation work is needed. Faking the ability to dig and fill a hole properly is not a good business practice. I cannot speak as to their effectiveness as plumbers though.
