Zing Plumbing came out immediately to shut off my water main. (Tucson Water would not answer their emergency number) Zing came out the next day and repaired the water main leak. I was pleased with the quality and professionalism. Very reasonable cost to have my water main repaired so quickly on a weekend! I would recommend Zing to anyone!!!

Since I’m a detailed oriented person, I find comfort in Julian’s attention to explaining each step , showing me what was deteriorating and what to do to solve it. Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. My mainline pipe burst so I was without water all weekend. I had called a previous company that was going to charge $$$$ for a simple repair. I called Rite Way for 2nd opinion they were able to squeeze me on cold Monday afternoon. Marco Bareeda was awesome, very friendly. He took care of my issue in about hour or so. It only cost me a fraction what another company quoted me. My neighbors have the same issue with mainline pipes. My next-door even earned their business to fix his issue as well. High recommend !!

I've been working with OTW Plumbing for about a year now. I've worked with several other plumbers previously, but was not satisfied and kept looking. Until I found Sergio and OTW, that is.
