I decided to go with mini splits after my problematic central air quit working properly. I decided to go with the Hessaire which had a seer 23 rating. The company I bought it from, local, raked me over the coals for installing it my self. The first company I had come out to vacuum and charge the lines were indignant that I had done it myself.IDAC came out treated me with dignity and respect. They checked over the system, made sure a fitting leak I had found had been repaired properly. They were professional and courteous. They gave me some tips for my next installation. For DIYers who cannot find companies to service your installation using this company will be a pleasure. For those who cannot do your own installation give this company a call! They are so courteous and truly treat you like a customer!!!!!!!!! A rarity in this day and age.Ken

Our AC unit was not cooling and Cummings scheduled service the same day. Our Technician John called ahead and was able to come out early. John diagnosed the problem and had us up and running right away. I would definitely refer Cummings to family and friends.

Pioneer Plumbing installed a new AC unit on my house. I had spent months shopping around for an AC unit, Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating, Perry Heating & Cooling and Hamstra, Pioneer was the best bang for the buck! The old one was over 20 years old. I talked with Jim, he walked me through all the options as to what would work best for my house and budget. He emailed me those options so me and my wife could review them. There was no high pressure sales, just educating us on options. He even gave me some great advise about re-coating my rubber roof coating under the old unit, before they installed the new one. Now I have a new 15 year roof coating under my new AC unit. The install guys were great. We have 3 large dogs, so we had to coordinate the installers coming in the house. The installers text me that they would be ready to come in an hour. I came home and let them in the house. 45 minutes later I was back to work. Thanks Pioneer!

Affordable Plumbing is a plumber that we highly recommend! We had an emergency, found them on line and Angelo answered the phone and told us exactly when they could come to our home. Once there, their diagnosis was right on the money and they explained everything to us that was needed and made recommendations for the future. Angelo and Rick are true professionals. Called for an appointment on Friday for an estimate to repipe my entire house. Next availability was Tuesday. Meanwhile had other plumbers out to give estimate. One was very low and they were able to start right away. Called 7:30 am on Tuesday to cancel and explained that I had accepted another estimate. The man (owner?) said “well great. Thanks for a waste of time.” And hung up on me. I am so glad I never got an estimate from him because I would hate to give my hard earned money to such a awful person. Will NEVER recommend this business.

IT WAS AN ESTIMATE. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A WASTE OF TIME IF I HAD HIM COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND THEN DIDN'T HIRE HIM. I CANCELED OUT OF COURTESY.

I have used this company on many occasions. They have always supplied professional, prompt service. Zach and George have been fantastic. We had a huge leak under the foundation, they came out right away and made sure we had water. They re piped the whole house and answered all of my endless questions with patience. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.
