Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Fast and professional. Rick is the best. I had an emergency and he came because we were clients before. He found the problem and put me at ease. A great company, a very nice man. You wont be disappointed. Oro Valley plumbing is the only one we trust. I'm not ashamed to say that I cancelled on another plumber when Rick said he was available instead.

Kevin was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond just replacing our hot water heater. He made sure we understood everything that he was doing and what was going to be done. He kept in constant contact until the job was complete. He made the process of having our repair work done a lot easier then it could have been. I cannot say enough good things about him he was just great!Bart was equally amazing. He installed our hot water heater. everything looks clean. He was very friendly and I would definitely work with both of these men again!

I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

Cool Willy’s came to my house the next day (right on time, too) after I called about unusual noises coming from my AC unit. The technician (Brian!) was professional, friendly, and very patient about diagnosing my rooftop unit. I feel confident that my AC unit isn’t going to break down anytime soon. Cool Willy’s gets Cool Ryan’s stamp of approval.

If I could give no stars, that would be my selection. This company came out and bid on a gas line and water install in my home last week. I accepted their offer the same day as this work was time sensitive and they agreed they would come this Thursday and stay as long as necessary to get the work done. Upon confirming with them today (Tuesday) that they would be able to ensure the water heater meets what was in the provided architectural drawings and that they would complete it on Thursday as promised, the owner (Jim) had one of his employees (Ron) call me to tell me they don't want to do the job at all, and that it was too much work. I think they should expect to have to do a little work for $3200, but maybe that is just me. They also can't seem to read or follow drawings, so I would not recommend them to do any permitted work. They were quite rude when they came out and lack any people skills at all both personally and on on the phone, but they were originally recommended to me and I figured if they could do the work at a decent price, I could put up with the fact that they were people you wouldn't want to be around other than to do a job for you. Do not use this company. As others have stated, they bid jobs they can't do, and they will basically bail on you randomly.
