Scheduled a Fall tune up on my AC unit. My technician, Joseph Cox, was extremely helpful. Diagnosed a faulty part & replaced it under warranty. As he was finishing up, my grandsons arrived. Joseph gave each of them a stuffed animal & a flashlight for me. My grandson said thanks & gave him a thumbs up for a job well done! Thanks Goettl!

We had a leaking hot water tank replaced. Tim fit us into his schedule quickly. His price was fair and his quote was the final price we paid. . . no surprises. The installation was quick and expertly done.

Chris performed a tankless water heater flush and system check and did a marvelous job and cleaned everything up beautifully. He was polite and helpfully explained everything he did.

I called Plumber of Tucson because my water heater had gone bad. After they explained my options, I chose the tankless water heater. They came out right away and were so professional and accommodating. They made a bad situation pleasant. I would call them again and highly recommend them!

Had a broken pipe and Jon came right over fixed it and assisted in getting a restoration company to come check the damage I had. The price was lower than I expected it to be. Very professional. I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.UPDATE: Can't say enough about this company. I called them a second time to get a second opinion after my home warranty sent this whack company who quoted a multi day job. Ken came and fixed it for 1/10 the price the whack company quoted in about an hour. They're great.Additional update: Called Cals again for my father. Dan was very professional and made my dad's day with his great personality and quality work. He explained what was needed to be done at every step. Still a happy customer.

The only thing these guys specialize in is how to get out of doing any work. I've twice had them out to my house because they contract with 210 Home Warranty. Both times they did no work. One of the times they came out they tried to convince me my water pressure was dangerously high and for a mere $400 they could fix it. I checked with my plumber who verified my water pressure was fine. No idea how they've only received 5 stars thus far, AVOID!
