I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. I've used Curtis for years, after a very expensive poly replace with another local company left me annoyed. Curtis offered a senior discount, so I gave them a try.
The office is always great, very helpful, and always am very pleased with the entire experience.
Alas, beloved Billy had just retired, and they sent Braden on a Friday to fix my leaky kitchen faucet.
It turned out the ancient faucet had to be replaced, and what he had in the truck looked awful with my stainless sink. He returned Monday with a faucet; he'd actually gone shopping to find the perfect one!
He also put the two days' charges on one ticket. Was so impressed that I phoned the company to compliment him.

We can't thank Sergio enough! Our main line broke in the middle of the night on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend. He was at the house Thursday morning and then gave up his day off to get it replaced for us. He was prompt to pick up calls and answered all of my questions. Super stressful to be without water but grateful we found OTW plumbing!

This guys were incredible, they worked with me to find the best possible solution at the best possible price! They worked around my schedule, we’re respectful of my space and my time, and walked me through the entire process start to finish. I would highly recommend Justin Chitlin and Justin Wise to anyone doing any work on their property. Their team will go above and beyond to make sure that the job gets done, that it gets done correctly and that when they’re done, it looks like they were never there.

Professional Plumbing removed a clog in my sewer line and charged me double what they quoted me it would cost. I was advised they needed to use a water system to remove the clog as the snake could not do the job. It thus cost me approximately $300 for the one hour the plumber was on my premises. That's a bit much. Having said that, they did open up the line.

These guys were referred to me by a neighbor. I called, they came, they drilled out my pipes, and were on their way.
I noticed that I still had bubbles in the toilet so I called them...and they came back out right away...the owner came himself (a very nice, knowledgable man) and went through the pipes again cutting tree roots that have clogged the drain. (Been here 42 years) He explained everything, told me how to locate my buried “clean out” in case it’s ever needed...and was just extremely kind. A genuine nice man.

This is a local, family owned company and they will do whatever it takes to make you a satisfied customer. I learned this first hand today and was very impressed!! I will never use anyone else but them! I have referred them to everyone I know... because I KNOW they will be treated well.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.

I basically don't recommend Presidio Plumbing. The worst experience with a plumbing company ever. Their sales manager is useless and not trustworthy. Find someone else to help. The dispatcher has no experience at his job.
