Benton was just out to service my new A/C I purchased through Goettl. Much like Tyler, he was a perfect representation of what I come to expect from this great company. Benton was respectful, on-time and treated me as a valued customer.

On time, personable tech. I've relied on Curtis Plumbing since 2004. They never let me down.

Marty and Chris were able to diagnose the problem and correct the issue. They also provided us with an Estimate for a new hot water heater. We will continue to use Al Coronado Plumbing.

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

I had to put a work order in through my homeowners warranty. Once MY PLUMBER got the ticket, they let me know when they would be arriving (within the hour), and they showed up on time. They were quick and efficient getting the job done, and even suggested someone to help with the damage from the water damage.

Jorge and Robert came out to check my hot water heater. I was unable to get the pilot light to relight. They got it relit and we discussed why it had been shutting off. They diagnosed the problem and agreed to return by Friday (hopefully) or Monday at the latest to replace the deficient part. Both Jorge and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I'll update to let you know how the repair goes!

Chris was both knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to me (a non plumber). His patience extends to his workers, whom he mentors professionally.
He is very clear in quoting a price for services rendered, showed up on time, did the work right the first time, and walked me through all the work done to make sure I was satisfied.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!
