Professional and knowledgeable staff. Good advice. Plumbers are all courteous and hard working. They clean up after the job is done. And, the job is done right the first time. Will definitely use them again.

Had a small leak at the main meter box which needed some repair. Called and got a timely response with someone out within a couple days because it wasn't an emergency or anything. When John H. showed up, he was on time and very friendly. He was able to detect what the problem was and recommended some solutions regarding fixing leak and a better valve than what was put in by builder. I was so pleased with the work by John I went ahead and showed him a few other plumbing issues I had put off around the house. He was more than happy to look at each item and give some options about how to resolve. In each case he was able to explain what might be needed and how he would go about fixing each item. He was up front about pricing and I think the quotes were very fair for what he was offering to do. After the work was done, I was very happy with the work which included garbage disposal, pipes in garage, water heater, new hose bibs, water hammer prevention on washer. The work was done in a timely manner and looked real good when done. There was attention to detail and I know that he was truly interested in doing the job right and making sure I was happy with everything being done. I would definitely recommend Al Coronado for any type of plumbing issues and just want to say if John H. represents how this business operates normally, then I am extremely impressed!

Mr. Rooter just finished a major project on my home, moving us from a septic tank to the city sewer line. It was far from a pleasant experience. I knew the 4-5 day projected time to completion was overly optimistic but I didn’t expect it to draw out into 3 weeks. If there was anyone managing this project, I don’t know who it was. They certainly didn’t contact me on day 2 when they jackhammered into the water line. While it was fixed in a couple of hours, it took them 30 minutes to shut it off so the jury is out on that until I get my water bill. They would show up whenever or not show up when I was expecting them, sometimes working a couple of hours others a full day. By the final day, after they thought the project was complete (I the gravel to be spread, it's in mounds), I was done with Mr. Rooter. I’ll hire some else to clean up my yard and fix what they damaged. While they did what I hired them to do, from what I saw they don’t have the manpower for larger projects and their 'laborers' produced sloppy results. If you do opt for them, make sure Dave and Jay are involved, they will get the work done.

We had several plumbers come out to our home to provide an estimate or guidance on how to repair our water lines. We own a tri level home so the project was not a welcomed or easy one! Cesar came out provided quality guidance and was willing to take on the challenges we presented! After the job was complete we were more than pleased with the service! This guys were incredible, they worked with me to find the best possible solution at the best possible price! They worked around my schedule, we’re respectful of my space and my time, and walked me through the entire process start to finish. Their team will go above and beyond to make sure that the job gets done, that it gets done correctly and that when they’re done, it looks like they were never there.

Conrad, Diego and Roberto worked on main water line to replace. In process the patio bricks needed taking up. All of them were professional, nice… and work was done correctly. Super people to work with. Roberto replaced patio bricks and was very detailed and patient in doing do. Very impressive. I will use this company often, where needed. Thanks
