Lead technician Kyle and his partner Chris came and installed a new in-wall shower valve for us; they also installed a tub spout and checked a tub drain for us. They were professional, friendly, punctual, communicative, and they did quality work for fair prices. I appreciate both of them, especially Kyle. Thanks for the work, guys!

My technician John was on time, very knowledgeable and personable. He was only out for a yearly maintenance but was able to identify a couple of small issues, get them resolved quickly and walk me through why they should be done. The system is running quieter and less frequently then before so I'm sure that will be reflected in my next electricity bill. Thanks again John.

As a renter we needed work on a faucet and needed the owners permission before working on the solution. Swanson was called, they came promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They took care of contacting the owner to get approval to do the work. We had to do nothing. They got the replacement needed and they were here Monday morning to install the new part. Great job done in minimal time.

Our AC stopped working and Charles came out and found what the problem was and fixed it. Charles also took the time and explained how everything works and why our AC stopped working. Charles was very respectful and very polite.

Brandon, was very informative, he greeted me as soon as I opened the door. He introduced himself and waited for me to answer before we started talking about the reason he was there. He was very thorough and when he was finished he explained everything to me. He was a very polite young man.
