Just want to say working with Fusion has been a great experience. I needed a plumber to work on my bathroom remodel. In one day, they installed the valves for my new shower and plumbing for a second sink. The work is beautiful. Looking forward to working with Fusion again. They are professional and very tidy. The technician was incredible. They were super nice, came early, and fixed the problem for a lot less than I thought it would be.

It is always a pleasure having Roy L. perform my AC service! I appreciate how he checks everything thoroughly and gets it done in a timely manner.

Cummings scheduled our servicing (requested Friday) on Monday, one business day after our call. The tech, Manuel, came and serviced our 2 a/c units (even though our contract covered only one) for free, reminding us that we had bought a service contract I had forgotten about. He cautioned me to make the next 3 biannual service requests on time to get all our due from the contract. Oh yes, we are already 3 years into a 2 year contract. He admitted Cummings is not the cheapest service, but I agreed he and the co. had given us outstanding service.

Joseph Cox came out to look at our heater that wasn’t working right. He came out, even though it was late in the evening, and did everything he could to get it running again for us. He even took the time to look at a few other problems and set us up with some deals for upcoming appointments. He was wonderful, as is everyone we’ve worked with at Goettl.

I called Tim on a Saturday he arrived with his daughter with in 15 minutes very polite, job was done within 2 minutes. Charged only for the call out. I'll use him again if I have to.

Luis arrived as promised. He examined the situation and made an informed assessment. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Roosevelt, my tech, was very helpful and thorough. He gave me advice on future maintenance I can do that wasn’t given to me before.

Recently bought a house and the seller used this company to fix some required repairs. One being a few repairs to the shower. They had to cut a hole in a wall to make the repair. Upon moving in I find that the issue was never fixed and there was now a leak in the hole they created in the wall. When they did come by to check into this issue (2 weeks later) the plumber Devon completely denied his work and blamed it on a different plumber that we had do completely separate work, which is 100% incorrect. Now I've had to pay an additional plumber to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time by this company. I would not recommend this company, as I am very disappointed by the sub par work performed by them. 2 separate plumbers that I've had at the house have commented on how poorly the repair was done.
