Professional Plumbing removed a clog in my sewer line and charged me double what they quoted me it would cost. I was advised they needed to use a water system to remove the clog as the snake could not do the job. It thus cost me approximately $300 for the one hour the plumber was on my premises. That's a bit much. Having said that, they did open up the line.

They are super responsive and do excellent work at a reasonable price. Their customer service is outstanding. I've met 2 of their servicemen and they were very professional and efficient.

Sunday night before Labor day Monday, had a serious water leak Anthony came within an hour of my call, stopped the leak and made an appointment to complete the repair after the holiday to save me a bit of money.

Ramon arrived within an hour of my call. He inspected the house, and presented me with three options and an estimate for each. After I chose one of the options, he proceeded with the snake through the roof. It was successful and quick. Thank you, Ramon!

Had these guys do our home plumbing inspection before purchase, and then the new gas line to the pool heater. Each time the techs and estimators were professional, on time (even early), and completed the work inside the estimate. I would recommend for any need.

I hired this company trought my homeowner insurance, they did a mediocre job, left a couple messages to come and finished the job and never get a response. Customer service satisfaction I don’t think they know what is this.

We moved into our brand new house and discovered two of the bathroom sinks were leaking and the bathroom shower was plumbed backwards (hot and cold reversed). We called our builders customer service who promptly dispatched Whitton Plumbing to fix these issues. When the tech arrived he told use what the root causes were and what he was going to do to fix them. The faucets were fixed in 20min. As for the shower, I thought for sure a section of the wall would need to be removed to switch the pipes but the tech told us it was a quick fix that would only take 10min. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received from Whitton Plumbing, very knowledgeable and professional service.
