The folks at Silverado run a tight ship. They were prompt in assessing the pluming emergency I had. Jack and Nick are both professional, personable and worked like animals to get me running water again. Couldn’t have asked for better support.

This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

What an excellent job this plumber performed! My trash disposal had stopped working, and he replaced it quickly and easily.

Within my buying process, I met Jesse who gave me an estimate and took time to explain to me what roots can do to your pipes. After a couple of months in the moving process, we realized we needed that estimate. Carolyn was able to find the estimate and set it up with ease. (This story just keeps going...)

Two weeks later, we had to call Jesse back to find that we had a huge root ball along with more roots that required a hydrojet. Jesse took care of it, ran the camera several times to ensure we had clean pipes and left a clean bathroom after the service. Hands down, I recommend Ram Plumbing - their prices are great and their customer service is even better!

Robert did an exceptional job fixing our plumbing issues at our home. I would definitely recommend him if you’re seeking an honest, knowledgeable and hardworking person who gets the job done at a reasonable price.

Professional people and excellent service

Issac and his team were friendly awesome, professionals. I manage a Kennel Facility and when our draining system wasn’t draining properly and backing up, they came out less than 24 hours from our first call. They resolved the issue as soon as they could and even ran tests to make sure that they 100% resolved the issue and made sure to set up routine checks with us. We won’t be going anywhere else now!

We had Code Blue replace all of our hot/cold water pipes in Feb. Great work, great people. Will use again without hesitation.
