These guys we great. The office personnel were polite and quick to answer questions. My plumber (Dan) communicated excellently, promptly delivered what they promised (quotes, arrival times, and work performed, etc), and didn't do more work than was needed. Five stars all-around!

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!

There was an issue at my place of work. We were given a quote of under $500 but charged almost double. We were charged a truck fee even though we are located across the street. Less than 30 days later, the same issues came up and we were told they only guarantee their work for 20 days! So we were charged AGAIN for work that was done by them less than a month before. It has only been 30 days later, and AGAIN we have the same issues. We called another plumber who fixed their poor work and more, and charged us considerably less. As a Disabled Veterans organization, we aren't looking for hand-outs, but definitely did not expect to be taken advantage of.

From you Rudy to Vanessa the Service Coordinator all the way through Todd & his crew completing my repairs the same day, and leaving our place looking better than they found it. Really impressed with the responsiveness and professional service I received. Todd went out of his way to explain the trouble shooting steps he would take to identify the issue and made us feel completely at ease.

They came and scoped a property today for a buyer. They were very thorough on the inspection scope. Fair on pricing! AND!!! when I asked what was most important to take care of now and what could be put off for the future I got the most honest response I have ever gotten! Highly recommend!!!

Plumber JH came out to replace a leaking outdoor fixture. In the process he tried to pull a 1.5 fitting through a 1 hole in the stucco causing another leak in the interior wall. The comical thing about it was that the entire time he was there he told me how high his IQ(156 if your wondering) was and that he was their best technician. In the end I required them to come out two additional.times to fix the original problem and the other two issues they created . After all of that and sending out a different plumber, it still dripped which I just fixed.myself. Called to let office manager (Shawn/Shane) know but completely unapologetic. This incident occurred awhile.ago but didn't.wae Lots of better options. Don't use this company
