Referred by a friend, contacted for minor sink drain clog on 8/5/21 4pm, they were here next day by 8/6 by 1pm - they contacted early to tell me they can come BEFORE the original time frame window. and they even came EARLY when I was quoted 45 mins. I was floored - professional from the get go, I got Barry and he wore booties inside my home without me asking, professional, humble, hard working young man, straight forward when I questioned things, etc. I was overall pleasantly surprised in the whole experience, I was actually dreading and had low low expectations going into this. I've referred several friends already! No one wants the dreaded plumbing issues but when you do, you don't know who to call, I would put my trust in trying this company out. Professional people and excellent service

Issac and Brian came on time. They were efficient and got right to work on unclogging a stubborn drain. They also unclogged a faucet at an adjacent property free of charge. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company.

Fast service, Great price and Outstanding work. The professional office manager coordinates service calls and keeps you informed on scheduling issues (slips in time due to emergency calls). Nick arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and presented solutions. He explained all the issues and did outstanding work quickly. The cost was well worth the work done. After a really poor and unprofessional performance by another big plumbing outfit here in town that wasted a couple days of our time and got us nowhere we called Sampson plumbing to help with a somewhat distressing plumbing problem we were having at one of our rentals – seemingly random times in the morning water looked like it was “seeping up” through the tile floor in one of the bedrooms and it didn’t smell great. Not good. We figured a sewer line had busted or the like and some very bad news was coming our way. Glenn showed up early after calling to see if we could meet him ahead of schedule and immediately started testing things out to narrow the problem down and quickly found that the problem stemmed from the sink drain in another unit in the building – leaking behind the masonry wall (behind a drywall skin) and ending up in another tenant’s floor – short version he cut into the wall, found the leaking pipe section and replaced it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Wish we would have started with Sampson Plumbing, it would have saved a few days of stress and unhappy tenants. They’ll definitely be our go-to plumbing outfit for all our properties here in town moving forward.

This summer, the plumbing in our 1940’s fixer upper completely disintegrated. We had multiple companies provide estimates and quotes – one company employee went as far as saying that he couldn’t believe our house passed inspection and that he had NEVER seen our issue covered by insurance (cue major meltdown). Then, Don from Plumbers of Tucson provided an estimate (talk about night and day). Don was extremely knowledgeable about our plumbing issue AND was an expert about how best to work with insurance companies. Don guided us through the ENTIRE process, giving advice, and always being available to answer guestions. Because of Don and his team much of the work on our house WAS covered by our insurance- saving us from years of debt or foreclosure. Talk about a godsend! The Plumbers of Tucson team was courteous, communicative, and did such speedy and efficient job with our plumbing. They were considerate when it came to preserving the items in our house (laying floor mats, putting up tarps to keep out dust, etc.) and just a great team to have around our space (polite, kind, and always ready to tell us where in the project they were). We honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. We’ve recommended them to our neighbors, friends and family members and will continue to do so. After multiple bad plumber experiences, I finally found Abacus and have never looked back. They are honest, straightforward, and do high quality work. Just recently, we had a main line valve leak. Abacus couldn't get to us for 2 days, so we tried a different company that could come the next day. The other place quoted me $1,700 for this easy job so I sent them away. As usual, Abacus was worth the wait. They came today, fixed the valve in about 35 minutes, and charged their hourly rate plus parts for a total of $214. I have a home warranty but I will always use Abacus. Thank you, Jesse!
